Priced at a modest £12-£15 million, Yester Estate has been put on the market by estate agents Savills and Knight Frank.
Located one mile southeast of Gifford, Category A listed Yester House features five reception rooms, a ballroom, dining room, drawing room, morning room and music room.
The building, which was built between 1699 and 1728, also houses six ensuite bedrooms, eight further bedrooms and a self-contained staff flat.
Extensive basement service rooms include wine cellars, while magnificent listed entrance gates are flanked by two gate lodges, each containing two bedrooms.
